BEIJING-- The high-performance, inexpensive expert system design launched recently by Chinese startup DeepSeek has produced a wave of attention around the globe.
DeepSeek-R1 appears to use efficiency that competitors options from the U.S., however the business says it was developed at less than a tenth of the expense of those models.
